WolfTrack TR WolfTrackTR

The trading journal that hunts down every trade.

Log it. Analyse it. Track it.

Log the trade and the reasoning behind it. WolfTrack TR does the arithmetic — down to the pip value — then shows you, without flattery, whether your process holds.

No account needed to look around. The demo is the real journal, filled with 68 sample trades across three accounts

The WolfTrack TR dashboard: cumulative result in R, the equity curve, win rate, profit factor and expectancy across 41 trades.

Why it exists

A spreadsheet tells you what happened. It never tells you why.

Most traders keep a record. Very few keep one that can answer a question. WolfTrack TR is built around the three questions that actually change how you trade.

Is the edge real, or was it a good month?

Expectancy in R, profit factor and the equity curve, filtered by pair, by period or by conviction tier — and the results broken down by session and by the way you felt when you clicked.

Which part of the process is leaking?

Score the analysis and the execution separately. WolfTrack TR shows which blocks of your checklist are carrying the results and which ones you only think are.

Would you take that trade again?

Every position keeps its reasoning, its screenshots and its tier. Six months later you can read exactly what you believed at the time — not what you remember believing.

The part nobody else does

Log it six months late. The maths is still right.

Everybody falls behind. The trades pile up, and by the time you sit down to write them up it is September and you are looking at a CHF/JPY you closed in March.

That is where every other journal quietly breaks. A dollar figure on that trade needs an exchange rate, so it either asks you to type one in — six months after the fact — or it grabs today's rate and prices a March trade with a September number. The P/L it hands back never existed.

WolfTrack TR will not do that. It builds a graph out of the prices already in your own book and walks from the quote currency to your account currency using the rates that were true on the day the trade closed. Nothing is fetched. Nothing is guessed. Nothing goes stale while you are behind.

So the backlog you have been avoiding is still worth entering. Type the trade in whenever you get to it — the number comes out the same as if you had logged it that evening.

Entered today · closed 6 months ago
1
CHF/JPY · closed 14 Mar
The result is in JPY. Your account is in USD.
2
USD/JPY · 148.20 on 14 Mar
Found in your own journal — a trade you logged that week.

JPY → USD
One hop. No third party was asked, and no rate from today was used.
Pip value on that trade $6.75 per pip The same figure you would have got in March. Derived, dated and auditable — not a number you had to look up.

What's inside

Everything a serious post-mortem needs.

Built by a trader who got tired of building the same spreadsheet every year.

FIFO exit matching

Scale in and out as much as you like. Exits are matched to entries first-in-first-out, so partial closes report honestly.

R-multiples everywhere

Risk-normalised results, so a 0.5% day and a 2% day are finally comparable.

Conviction tiers

Score the setup before you take it. Then find out whether your "very high" trades really are.

Currency bias & strength

Score each major from −3 to +3, then hold it against what the market did: the strength of the eight majors from D1 to M12, from the ECB's daily rates, the policy rate of the eight central banks with their last move — and whether your trades went with the strength.

MetaTrader & CSV import

Bring in a broker statement and the columns are mapped for you, with a preview before anything is written.

Screenshots and PDFs

Attach the chart you were looking at. The reasoning is worthless without the picture.

Calendar heat map

A year of results at a glance, by day and by weekday. Patterns you cannot see in a table.

Panels you arrange

Drag the dashboard into the shape of your own routine, and hide what you never read.

Several accounts

Live, demo, prop challenge. Separate books, one login, shared preferences.

Risk guardrails

Daily and weekly loss limits in R, plus a cap per pair, worked out as you fill the form.

28 languages

Including right-to-left. Journalling is hard enough in your second language.

12 themes

From this one to a dark terminal. Plus a colour-blind-safe mode for the profit and loss colours.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is free.

Create your account

An email and a password. Set your capital and the percentage you risk per trade — that is the whole setup.

Log the trade, not just the result

Entries, exits, stop, targets, the checklist you ran and the screenshot you took. Import a broker statement if you would rather start from history.

Read what it tells you

Come back at the end of the week and find out which part of your process paid, and which part you have been carrying for months.

Pricing

One month of Pro, free. Then decide.

The free plan never expires and never asks for a card. Pro opens everything for a month before it asks for anything.

Cancel any time. Your trades stay yours on either plan — changing plan never deletes one.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Can I try it before creating an account?

Yes, and not a video of it either. The live demo is the journal itself, loaded with 68 invented trades across three accounts. Every tab works, every filter works, and you can add a trade, change the theme or delete something — it all responds. Nothing you do there is saved to an account or sent anywhere; it stays in your browser and a Reset button puts it back.

After that there are two ways in, and both are free: the Free plan, which needs no card and does not expire, or one free month of Pro with everything unlocked.

How does the free month of Pro work?

You get thirty days with every Pro feature on — unlimited accounts and trades, your whole history, import, attachments, the analysis panels. We email you before it ends. Cancel at any point during the month and you are charged nothing at all; do nothing and it becomes €9.99 a month, VAT included, which you can stop whenever you like.

A card is taken when the month starts, because that is what lets it roll over without you having to come back. It is one free month per person and per card: a card that has already had one starts paid from the first day. If you would rather not give a card, the Free plan is there and it never asks.

Do I have to connect my broker?

No, and there is no way to. WolfTrack TR never touches your broker account and never places an order. You log trades by hand, or you import a statement you exported yourself. Nothing in the product can move money.

Where is my data kept?

In your WolfTrack TR account, on servers we rent from Amazon Web Services, so the same journal is there on your laptop and on your phone. Ask us to delete your account and the data goes with it, apart from the backups, which roll off within thirty days. The privacy policy says exactly who touches it.

How is my account protected?

During the closed beta, accounts open by invitation only; from the public launch, your address is verified with a six-digit code before the account opens, so nobody can sign up as you. Passwords are hashed with scrypt and never stored in a readable form — not even we can see one. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited and protected by a captcha we draw ourselves — no third-party service, the session lives in a cookie a script cannot read, and everything travels over HTTPS.

And the product itself simply cannot cost you money: WolfTrack TR has no connection to your broker, no API key of yours, and no way to place an order. The worst case here is a lost journal, not a lost account balance.

Does it work for stocks and crypto, or only forex?

The catalogue ships with forex pairs, metals, indices and the major crypto pairs, and you can add any instrument yourself with its own pip size and decimals. The pip-value derivation is what makes forex particularly well served.

What happens to my trades if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted, ever. Your account returns to the free plan, which means the app shows you the last thirty days and the Pro panels go quiet — but every trade you ever logged is still there and still yours. Come back and it all reappears. We do not hold a journal hostage.

Is this financial advice?

No. WolfTrack TR is a record-keeping and analysis tool. It does not recommend trades, it does not predict anything, and it has no opinion about what you should buy. It reports what you did and what it produced — and, on the currency strength panel, what the ECB's published rates did in the past. None of it says what they will do next.

Where do the currency strength figures and the central bank rates come from?

From the European Central Bank's euro reference rates, published once per business day at about 16:00 Frankfurt time, read through Frankfurter. Our server fetches them at most twice a day and keeps every fixing since January 2022 — nothing is dropped as time passes, so any trade from 2023 onwards is classed as with or against the strength on every window, for as long as it is in your journal; your browser never contacts anyone else, and nothing about you is sent.

They are daily figures, not live prices: the panel is there to show the bigger picture over D1 to M12 and to tell you whether your trades went with the strength or against it — not to time an entry.

The central bank rates come from each bank's own published data — the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the ECB, the Bank of England, the Bank of Japan, the Swiss National Bank and the Bank of Canada — and, for the Reserve Bank of Australia and the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, whose sites refuse automated access, from the Bank for International Settlements, which can trail a decision by a few days. Our server checks them twice a day; every row shows the date its figure is from.

Can I use it in my own language?

There are 28, including Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu with full right-to-left layout. Change it in Settings; it applies immediately and follows you to every device.

Every trade leaves a trail.

Take the free month of Pro, or start on the free plan and never give us a card. Either way you find out within a few weeks whether your process actually holds.
